Below are some common questions that may very well give you the answer you are looking for.

What happens if I cancel my wedding due to Covid-19?
This has been an incredibly difficult situation that we're hoping to avoid with all of our couples. However, we want to be sure you fully understand exactly what happens if this does occur. If you cancel your wedding due to Covid-19, we are waiving the remaining payment that is due. Typically, in the event of a normal cancellation, you would still be required to complete the full payment. With that said, the retainer itself is nonrefundable. Unfortunately once a wedding is scheduled, we do not take another wedding on that same date, and we turn away any additional inquiries. Because of this, we would not only lose the wedding that was cancelled, but we also lose all of the other couples that inquired about the same date.

We do offer a single reschedule at no additional cost if the reschedule is due to Covid-19. We also can do an elopement instead of a full wedding if you're considering cancelling. If you have more questions around this, please reach out to us.
Do you offer discounts if I only need you for a few hours?
Unfortunately we do not. While our starting packages include up to 8 hours - the price is not centered around the length of time, but instead on blocking out your wedding date. Because we do not outsource our work, and we are the ones who film your wedding, we cannot discount the price if you only need a few hours. Once we schedule a wedding on a date, that date is closed off to other weddings so that you get our full focus. As an example, even if we only needed to attend your wedding for 3 hours, we would not be able to film another wedding on that day.
Do you film and photograph my wedding, or do you outsource?
We are proud to say that we are the actual team you will get on your wedding day. While we do have employees that attend, you will always have the core Larcom Productions team to capture your day. This is how we ensure you get a consistent look and feel on your wedding day. If you find our work to fit exactly what you're looking for, then that is exactly what you're going to get!
Do you travel for destination weddings?
We certainly do! Be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible to ensure we can schedule our travels around your wedding - We can attend anywhere within the United States.
How do you choose the music for our video?
We spend a ton of time choosing the right music to fit your wedding video. We never know what songs we’re going to use until after we’ve had a chance to review all of the footage we captured throughout the day. We aim to choose music that captures the heart and spirit of you wedding day,uplifting the emotional aspect of your video while not detracting from what’s happening on screen. All of the music we utilize is licensed and approved for commercial use, so you don’t need to worry about your video being taken off of social media if you choose to share it.
Can I pick a song for my video?
If you have a particular genre of music you want us to choose from, we can absolutely work to incorporate that into the video. However,choosing specific songs is something we don’t do. There’s a few reasons as to why, but it comes down to a couple things. The biggest concern is using music that is not licensed, which we can’t do. The second big factor is that when editing a video, it can be incredibly challenging to incorporate all of the days events if we’re boxed into using one specific song that may not flow with how the day unfolded. Because of this, we don’t utilize specific songs.
Can I add to my package after I've signed up?
Absolutely! If you'd like to alter your package, just let us know. However, be aware that if you request something after your wedding has already occured, it may not be possible.
How long until I get the final product?
The length of time depends on what package you've requested. With our larger packages of photo and video, full feature films, etc. our delivery time is 4 months after your wedding.
Can I request changes to the video after it's completed?
We want you to be completely happy with your video. If you need us to make some changes, get in touch. We approach this on a case by case basis, but typically with minor edits and changes we'll do it at no additional cost.
Do you work with elopements?
We love doing elopements, and we can absolutely do that for you.
How do you do both photo and video?
Our core Larcom Productions team includes 4 members. We work in unison to have 2 Full videographers, 1 full photographer and our 4th member focuses on both photo and video to fill the gaps where needed. This allows us to get complete coverage of all aspects of your wedding day.
What is included in the Raw Footage? Is it my entire wedding?
The raw footage is every single video and audio clip that we capture delivered to you on storage device. We always encourage our couples to get the raw footage so that you will forever have every moment that we captured. However, the raw footage is not an edited video. Think of it as the puzzle pieces to your video. The clips could range from as short as 5 seconds to 20+ minutes, and there could be hundreds of them.
