Thank you so much for considering us to be a part of your special day. Now that you've taken the first step, where do we go from here!?

First off, check your email. Once we've received your inquiry, we'll send you two emails.

1. The first email will be our brochure. The brochure will list out our different packages and additional services we can provide (the link to the brochure is usually at the bottom of the email). While viewing the brochure, you can choose any and all options that you're interested in, and it will let us know what you've selected. This helps us custom build the package the you're most interested in.

2. After you receive the brochure, we'll send out a second email. This email will confirm the availability for your date. We usually send this out as soon as we receive your inquiry, but if its after hours or if we're filming a wedding, it might take a little bit more time. You should absolutely receive it in 24 hours!

If you don't see either of these emails, make sure to check your junk/spam folder as sometimes the email gets stuck in those buckets.

After the emails, we'll then look to schedule a call with you. In the email confirming your date, you'll have the ability to schedule a time to chat that works for you. These initial calls are usually between 15-20 minutes and we'll spend some time getting to know you and ensure we're a good fit for you. If you haven't scheduled a call, we'll send you a text message or call you within 24 hours from receiving your inquiry to connect.
